Project Coordinator - Fine Fragrance Industry

Exciting opportunity to work with a leader in the fine fragrance industry.

Hybrid Schedule (fully onsite during training)

Provide critical support to Fragrance sales from the brief to win process. Facilitates timely delivery of samples, pricing and documentation. Resolves issues that arise during the brief to win process.

Coordinates and executes all sales administrative functions including entering projects, replying to clients’ requests, entering and updating briefs in a timely manner and prepare sample requests for Fine Fragrances.

Serves as a liaison between Account Manager and Evaluation, Perfumery, Sampling, Application Lab, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Marketing in all aspects of account responsibilities.

Proficiency in Trifoil, Samtrak, WERCS, Oracle preferred.

Knowledge of industry regulations and processes preferred

Ability to work on many projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy

Effective communication/coordination with all departments

Outgoing/positive attitude

Required:

Industry experience and software proficiency, Ability to manage complex projects, College graduate.
