Project Coordinator - Hiring Now

Reputable and well-established commercial interior construction company based in Atlanta located along the I-75 Corridor and inside the perimeter seeks to hire an experienced Administrative Project Assistant to support 2-3 Project Managers. Prior experience working in a commercial construction environment most helpful.

Responsibilities...

Provide support to 2-3 Project Managers from the project pricing phase to the close out phase.

Assist in the procurement of permits

Help coordinate project-related temporary facilities

Assist to coordinate required inspections with local jurisdiction

Assist to obtain Certificate of Occupancy for each job

Prepare and distribute all information for the customer close out books

Compile and distribute weekly reports

Update the bid database

Assist with special project

Qualifications...

Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Self-starting, team player with excellent customer service and communication skills

Must be organized with good attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and change gears quickly

Company offers a salary to $55-60,000 (possibly a bit more for well-qualified), mid and year-end bonus plus excellent benefits. Company pays 100% for employees medical, 401(k) with company matching. Awesome work environment!
