Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Engineer and Construction team in the planning, coordination and execution of commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
Maintain detailed project records including project timelines, budgets, and related documentation.
Work closely with Project Engineers and Construction teams to resolve project-related issues.
Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Construction team as needed.
Participate in progress review meetings with stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
Associates or bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination, engineering, or construction role.
Experience with commercial construction projects is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
