About the job:
To coordinate the delivery of a high volume of smaller concurrent projects across customer-facing and internal workstreams. The role requires a self-sufficient, organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate project records, and keep activity progressing with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple smaller projects from initiation through to completion
Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status updates
Liaise with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure projects remain on schedule
Monitor actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up
Prepare and maintain project documentation, records, and reporting
Support project meetings, record actions, and track completion of agreed tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally on project progress, blockers, and next steps
Escalate issues where appropriate and resolve routine coordination matters independently
Use AI tools to support administration, documentation, reporting, and answering technical questions from clients
Previous experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Ability to prioritise work and follow tasks through to completion
Confident using workplace systems and digital tools
Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar to improve efficiency and support day-to-day work
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience in a customer-facing project or service delivery environment
Basic understanding of IT and networking infrastructure, including IP addressing, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity
Exposure to coordinating multiple concurrent smaller projects
Awareness of project management methods or frameworks

AI Capability Requirement
