Project CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a construction company in Central Phoenix. This organization is looking to add a project coordinator to their team. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, and is fully in office. Hourly pay rate is between $26/hr-$29/hr DOE.
In this job, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in project management or construction administration. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of construction projects
- Track project progress and update project schedules as needed
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
- Coordinate material deliveries and logistics for construction sites
- Assist with budget tracking and cost analysis for projects
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years of project coordination or construction administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as any construction software(BlueBeam, Builder Trend, Procore)
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
