ProScape Lawn & Landscape is hiring a Project Crew Lead to join our commercial landscape construction team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and has the experience and leadership skills to oversee a crew while building and installing commercial landscape projects.

You'll spend your days in the field leading a team of technicians and helping bring projects to life-from site preparation and planting to hardscape installation and finishing work. As the Crew Lead, you will be responsible for keeping your crew productive, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to ProScape quality standards, and making sure the scope of each project is executed accurately.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee a crew of Project Technicians on commercial landscape construction projects


• Drive and safely operate the company truck and trailer to and from jobsites


• Perform hands-on labor alongside your crew while providing direction and leadership


• Oversee planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, and landscape lighting installation


• Lead the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, walls, and other site improvements


• Ensure the scope of each project is executed accurately and according to project plans and specifications


• Monitor jobsite productivity, efficiency, quality, and overall progress


• Train and help develop new hires and provide ongoing direction to crew members


• Load, unload, and ensure proper care and organization of materials, tools, and equipment


• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely


• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites


• Communicate with project leadership regarding jobsite progress, materials, challenges, and needs


• Ensure your crew works efficiently and consistently to ProScape quality standards


• Hold crew members accountable for following company expectations, safety policies, and procedures


• Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, shoveling, raking, and other general construction tasks


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience in landscape or construction installation


• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred


• Valid driver's license required


• Must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer


• Must be able to successfully pass a background check


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail oriented


• Ability to lead by example while working alongside your crew


• Takes pride in quality work and holds others to the same standard
