What You Will Do As Project Director, you will guide multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of facility design and delivery—including processing plants, compressor stations, pipelines, and power generation units.

• Strategic Leadership: Lead cross -functional teams (engineers, PMs, technical specialists) to deliver high -impact outcomes with precision.
  

• Financial Stewardship: Oversee multi -year departmental budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, transparency, and rigorous cost/schedule controls.
  

• Technical Excellence: Evaluate complex technical alternatives and oversee the approval of detailed documentation to ensure alignment with engineering standards and business goals.
  

• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong partnerships with contractors, producers, and customers while communicating strategic updates to senior leadership.
  

• Process Improvement: Implement scalable work processes and tools (Oracle, Primavera) to enhance team efficiency and project execution.
