Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer with expertise in land development to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and oversee land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.

- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.

- Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, regulations, and permitting processes.
