Job Description - Project Engineer

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to join the Land Development Group in our Georgetown, DE office. This position is responsible for hands-on design and support of land development projects, contributing from initial planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting. At MRA, you’ll work on a diverse mix of commercial and residential development projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions across the Mid-Atlantic.

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering, EIT preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in land development (Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design)
  • Water resources experience preferred
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, including schedules and permitting coordination
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required (Civil 3D preferred).
