Project Engineer

Seeking a Project Engineer for a position near York PA.

Essential Functions of the Job:

-Need a strong Engineer to drive key projects at this manufacturing facility 

-Projects could include new equipment, automation, new processes and facility type work

-This person will take these projects and run/manage them from start to finish

-Person should have the skills to read and produce technical plans, drawings and schematics

-Job entails developing all needed specs needed for projects and work with vendors to help source

-Job entails developing a project budget, timelines, costs, and metrics to keep projects moving efficiently

-Person must keep leadership up to date on all projects and update project management plans

Desired Education, Experience and Skills:

--BS In Engineering-Preferably Mechanical Engineering/Technology

--Must have a few years of previous Project Management experience in a manufacturing company

--Must have AutoCAD or Solidworks experience

--Must have great project management skills

--Strong leadership and time management skills needed

--Foundry and Machining experience a plus
