Project Engineer - Flight Instruments | Systems

• Track internal technical schedules and deliverables across the Avionics & Flight Instruments team


• Task and organize team efforts to support system design, test, and certification timelines


• Coordinate with avionics suppliers to manage deliverables, reviews, and open items


• Own and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) and development agreements, and ensure alignment on scope and expectations


• Support flight test readiness and integration efforts as part of a fast-moving certification program

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or a related engineering discipline


• Familiarity with ARP 4754A, DO-178C, and DO-254


• Prior experience in aircraft system integration, preferably with avionics


• Strong organizational and communication skills, with demonstrated project coordination experience


• Experience using Polarion, JIRA, and Confluence (or equivalent tools)

• Previous work at an aircraft OEM or avionics supplier


• Hands-on experience managing certification artifacts and processes


• Familiarity with Part 23/25 or Part 27/29 aircraft certification programs


• Experience working with FAA, DERs, or equivalent regulatory authorities

• You’ll have direct ownership and visibility in a certifying aircraft program


• You’ll work with a small, driven team that thrives on solving complex problems quickly


• You’ll play a critical part in delivering the future of sustainable aviation

• Occasional travel may be required to support supplier visits or flight test activities
