Project Engineer - High-Speed Balance

 Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC a world class supplier of power generation services, parts and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who has a desire to join a growing organization and an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work.

The Project Engineer-Balance will lead or assist in the balancing of Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, and Generators, focusing on hands-on involvement including:

• Collaborate with hourly workforce for task completion with minimal direction
• Execute production plans prioritizing Safety and Quality
• Prepare drawings and process instructions
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment
• Operate and troubleshoot PLC systems
• Contribute as a team member in mechanical assemblies
• Supervise, operate, and troubleshoot complex systems
• Perform the balancing of power generation equipment

 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to apply knowledge to hands-on solutions
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Availability for night and weekend work as required
• Effective team collaboration skills
