What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of construction experience in commercial construction, multifamily, build-to-rent communities, or production residential homebuilding.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a construction-related degree is not required.
• Experience supporting construction projects in a Project Engineer or similar capacity.
• Ability to handle responsibilities that overlap with an Assistant Project Manager role.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute in a fast-paced, field-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, strong personal integrity, and a willingness to learn from experienced construction professionals.
• A motivated self-starter who is hungry, humble, and smart.
• A genuine desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career with one organization.
