12666 – Project Engineer – Renewable Natural Gas (Remote) Travel up to 25% Juno Beach, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions.
Work Setting: Remote. Travel within North America up to 25%

Required:
• Experience in land fill gas, digester gas production or natural gas processing projects (well head to midstream or final stage clean up preferred) with at least 4+ years pertinent experience in renewable natural gas or related projects
• Recent graduates of college with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. All electrical engineering curriculums are accepted as are all other engineering B.S. degrees.

Preferred:
• Chemical or mechanical engineering degree
• Knowledge of land fill gas integration with power production
• Knowledge of farm, food, biomass digester production of natural gas/methane
• Knowledge of conventional natural gas processing production
• Skilled in basic engineering calculations using spreadsheets and specific software such as HYSIS
• Field experience in land fill gas, digester production, natural gas processing plant or possibly refining
• Skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TeamsPower Systems curriculum focus in the E.E. program, with successful completion of Power I and Power II courses.

Responsibilities:
• Managing multiple projects of diverse complexity and scope, ensuring they meet company objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
• Writing, adapting, and conforming technical contract documents such as Engineer of Record (EOR), Engineering Consultant, and Owner furnished equipment specifications. Ensuring contract compliance, adequacy, and completeness by reviewing deliverables and working with purchasing departments to establish contracts.
• Performing conceptual engineering, defining project scope, and conducting engineering design and planning reviews to ensure quality and adherence to safety requirements, codes, and standards.
• Ensuring quality control in accordance with project QA/QC procedures, method statements, quality plans, and inspection and test plans. Monitoring equipment, materials, and engineering deliverables for compliance with specifications and project schedules.
• Offering technical support to the group and resolving technical issues with engineers, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and statutory authorities. Conducting site investigations, inspections, and factory or field checks to support project efforts and contract compliance.
• Supporting project execution throughout engineering, construction, and startup phases by providing technical knowledge. Ensuring technical reports, record drawings, commissioning, operational, and maintenance information are complete, accurate, and provided in a timely fashion.
