Job Description - Project Engineer - RNG

A leading developer in anaerobic digestion projects, specializing in waste-to-energy facilities across various markets in the U.S. Their primary objective is to divert pre-consumer organic waste from landfills, mitigating methane emissions while transforming organic materials into renewable natural gas (RNG). They are dedicated to offering industrial manufacturers a sustainable solution for managing organic waste and providing North American utilities with a dependable source of RNG.
By focusing on pre-consumer organic waste, they secure a consistent and substantial supply of input material from major food, beverage, and industrial manufacturers. Through contractual agreements, they accept customer's waste as feedstock, offering a cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative to landfill disposal. Unlike post-consumer waste, pre-consumer waste streams enable greater efficiency and consistency in RNG production, meeting the growing demand for renewable resources in the U.S. Our plans include selling RNG production through off-take contracts with gas utilities, energy majors, and industrial purchasers.
While they are ideally looking for someone to base based out their office in Cincinnati, they are also willing to support remote work with travel to the office and or the project sites when needed.
