Responsibilities for the role include:

• Supporting the daily activities of the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction to project closeout


• Administering the change management process in collaboration with the project manager


• Supports subcontract awards and scope review process.  Takes the lead role in awarding smaller scopes of work.


• Runs or participates in OAC meetings and drafting meeting minutes


• Supports, implement and tracks the overall project schedule

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related field is preferred and a minimum of one year of industry experience or equivalent 


• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and trade partners


• Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore preferred

Bulley & Andrews takes into account various factors when determining the final salary, such as experience, education, unique skill sets, abilities, market, geography, and business needs. Target base salary range: $75,000-$95,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive, and cell phone reimbursement.
