We’re seeking a Project Estimator to prepare accurate bids, collaborate with project teams, and help deliver exceptional results on projects.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years commercial construction estimating experience


• Strong understanding of construction methods, bidding process, & cost control


• Proficiency in Procore, MS Office, and scheduling tools

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for diverse commercial construction projects. 


• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify project needs and opportunities. 


• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to align budgets and goals.


• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing
