Project Execution Manager

This position leads the Los Angelas, CA, Project Execution teams; and works closely with Sales, Channel, Lines of Business, and Global Supply Chain teams, to meet our customers' needs.
Specifically, this position is accountable for the leadership - including planning, staffing, direction, communication, and performance - of all aspects of order to delivery processes for projects containing Power Systems, Power Products, Industry & Automation, Home & Distribution, Services and other Lines of Business' offers. Executing these processes will support the overall strategic direction of the US Business Operations, Power Systems, and National Sales Force organizations. It requires coordination of multiple resources to maximize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Schneider Led Project activities.
The individual in this position will put a high priority on driving employee engagement and development, utilizing formalized coaching.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, have time management skills, and commercial knowledge.
Required product knowledge includes medium and low voltage electrical distribution and control equipment. Productivity and business application software skills to include: MS Office, Tableau, SE Advantage, bFO, mySchneider, Q2C, and other business systems.
