Project Executive (DOE)

Current project is at Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC.

Specific Requirements:

• DOE, DOD experience is required


• Earth work and/or heavy civil experience is a plus


• Willing to travel on per diem basis


• Experience with NQA-1 is a plus

Project Executive Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction project


• Assist in all levels of the project, including project execution, project planning, project financials, preconstruction, and health and safety planning


• Align resources for optimal results across the division


• Ensure timely delivery of all projects, within the agreed budget, and following the pre-established specifications


• Develop a thorough understanding of the contract documents


• Knowledge of contract risk management, as well as client-contract requirements and sub-contractor requirements


• Responsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project team


• Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints, scopes of work, schedules, specifications, safety manuals, etc.


• Develop strategies that support the company’s growth to acquire new clients

Project Executive Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred


• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager


• Complete understanding of the construction process, including cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering is required


• Familiarity with change orders, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals

Requirements

• Must have valid driver's license


• Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
