Project Executive

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Project Executive to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry in our Austin, TX location. This position will be for a industrial manufacturing client estimated project length of one year with possible extension.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all staff associated within a manufacturing facility.

• Coordinate and oversee installation activities related to life safety systems.

• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Meet with management that oversees regular inspections and audits to maintain and improve operational excellence.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.

• Communicate status of all operations to the District General Manager.

• Proven experience in managing fire life safety systems operations, in a leadership role.

• In-depth knowledge of fire alarm, suppression, security and sprinkler systems, including the installation process.

• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
