IMC Construction, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive with a strong background in healthcare. The Project Executive will play a pivotal role in leading and managing healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards along with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor project progress against established goals.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites.
Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions.
Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and generate repeat business opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare construction, and integrate new methodologies and technologies into project delivery processes.
Cultivate high-performance teams through effective supervision, training, coaching, and mentorship.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in healthcare construction management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
