About the Role

We are seeking a Project Executive to develop and lead impactful projects that will elevate the firms influence across Europe. You will report directly to the Founder and Board and play a key role in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships, and enhancing visibility within the fintech ecosystem.

The position is based across Larnaca and Nicosia, and regular travel across Cyprus may be required.

What You'll Bring:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Public Affairs or Project Management, Preferably in collaboration with the EU or EU related institutions
• A solid understanding of the digital or financial services sectors
• European citizenship
• Established network with EU officials in Cyprus
• Proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery
• Bilingual cultural background required; fluency in a third language is an asset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
