our new role

As a Construction Project Executive, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of complex construction projects. Your responsibilities will encompass project oversight for projects over $50M, team leadership, client relations, and financial management. You will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, while also achieving financial and time objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of commercial construction experience, with a significant portfolio of mid-to-high rise projects. A deep understanding of the construction process, from design to completion, is essential. You must possess a B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage large teams, and a track record of successful project delivery are required. Familiarity with the Atlanta market and its regulatory environment will be advantageous.
