Project Executive - T&D/Substation (Ohio)

We’re looking for a bold, experienced, and strategic Project Executive to lead major Design-Build (DB) and EPC infrastructure projects from pursuit to punch list. Based in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical power delivery projects—on time, on budget, and with safety and quality at the forefront.

What You'll Do

• Own the project from pursuit through close-out—leading integrated DB/EPC teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Oversee contracts, schedules, budgets, and client relationships with a laser focus on safety, quality, and performance.

• Mentor project teams, drive coordination across functions, and ensure boots-on-the-ground execution aligns with the plan.

• Interface directly with clients and key stakeholders—keeping communication open and confidence high.

• Champion innovation with value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvements.

• Steer procurement, schedule tracking, submittals, and payment approvals across complex project scopes.

• Lead final turnover, warranty tracking, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction or EPC—preferably in power delivery or large infrastructure.

• Deep knowledge of transmission, distribution, and substation construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

• Proven success managing large-scale programs—from estimating and scheduling to contract negotiation and close-out.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Tech-savvy with tools like Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Office, and JD Edwards.
