Project Expansion Manager

Responsibilities:

• Execute project plans for brand expansion
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables to ensure success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Manage Supervisors and Design Team
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, regulations, and quality guidelines
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present project updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree’s from Civil Engineering or Architecture is more preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in related industry (Retail or Food and Beverages)
• Excellence Communication & negotiation skills
• Solid technical background and managerial skills
• Excellence in project management skills (Budgeting and managing project timelines)
