Seeking an associate with 4+ years of experience for our energy project development and finance practice. Requires expertise in US project development and finance, especially in renewable energy. Preferred locations: Boston and DC.
Qualifications:
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission or eligibility in MA, DC, NY, or CA.
Minimum 4 years of project finance experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and collaborate effectively.
