Proficient with tape measure and ability to learn complex layout of concrete work/walls/trade work
General knowledge of construction processes and trade work
Ability to meet with Owner/Client to discuss projects, and communicate back to Project Manager
Good organization skills and efficient time management
Pick up/drop off materials
Able to pass a background check/drug test
Drivers license
Potential for growth to rapidly move to Superintendent salary based on skills and experience
Limited weekend and night work
Blueprint reading skills - Residential/Commercial
Computer Skills/Construction Software knowledge
OSHA Compliance certifications
