Job Overview

The Project Funding Specialist ensures projects meet funding requirements by reviewing technical documentation, submitting financier paperwork, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit accurate documentation to financiers post-installation.
• Review jobsite photos to verify installation accuracy.
• Submit documentation for financing partners.
• Ensure compliance with initial quotes and financier requirements.

Technical Expertise

• Identify solar, battery, and electrical components (Tesla, SolarEdge, Enphase).
• Interpret CAD drawings for installation accuracy.
• Understand financier approval requirements (Everbright, Sunnova, Sunrun).
• Maintain project records in Salesforce.
  

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

• Work with field ops, design, and back-office teams.
• Quickly resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with the solar industry and adaptability.
• Team player in a cross-functional environment.

Job Type:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM (PST)
*Summer hours may require an 11 AM - 7:30 PM (PST) shift

Pay: $19 - 22/Hour
