We offer a robust bonus plan and flexible work options; health, dental, and vision benefits; competitive paid time off; and a 401(k) with employer match.

As a Project Interior Designer, you will…

  • Lead BIM/Revit design development and construction documentation, ensuring alignment between design intent and technical execution.
  • Collaborate closely with project leaders and design teams to translate concepts into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions.
  • Oversee consultant coordination, document production, and QA/QC processes.
  • Manage client goals, budgets, schedules, and technical scope in partnership with the Principal in Charge.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, agency requirements, and firm technical standards.
  • Mentor and delegate to Interior Designers, coaching staff in documentation, organization, and professional growth.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technology to elevate design quality and project delivery.
  • Contribute to proposal content and support marketing efforts with work that reflects design excellence.

The Must-Haves (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or equivalent) with 6+ years of interior or architectural project experience, or an Associate’s degree with 10+ years of related experience.
  • Strong experience managing the technical aspects of multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM/Revit and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Bluebeam.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

The Like-to-Haves (Preferred)
  • LEED accreditation.
  • Experience with Healthcare, Education, or Civic projects.
  • Experience with Newforma, eBuilder, or similar project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Salary Range: $77,300 - $106,800 annually. Compensation and level DOE.

Studies have shown that underrepresented individuals like women; LGBTQIA+; and BIPOC, among others, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications in a job description or posting. Because we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization, we understand the best candidate may come from a non-traditional background to our field of work. We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described above. Diversity makes us better.
