Our employees are not only part of history, they\u0027re making history.\n\nNorthrop Grumman\u2019s Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Project Management professional (level 2 or Level 3)/Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Melbourne, FL.\n\nAs a CAM, the individual will work with a technical team, leadership team and Business Management team to gather necessary information to control cost, schedule and performance of multiple statements of work. Along with forecasting of financial data and delivery of monthly program reports/presentations, the CAM will update Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and produce required data products, review monthly Earned Value (EV) data and provide detailed cost account status, and support program requirements. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. This is an individual contributor role and is not a management/leadership opportunity.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Coordinate with technical leadership in a cross functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule, and technical objectives\n\n * Develop and deliver presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholders\n\n * Define, plan, perform, monitor, control, and complete a variety of project tasks simultaneously\n\n * Support proposal activities as needed\n\n * Perform Control Account Management (CAM) duties\n\n * Track budget actuals against predictions and financial performance against the full EV performance management baseline, participate in CAM status calls, prepare status for/attend weekly status meeting, provide/enter bi-monthly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) status, support stakeholder meetings, review Actual Hours reports for time charging accuracy and alignment with IMS status.\n\n * On a monthly basis: calculate \u0026 enter Estimate to Complete (ETCs) into the financial system, analyze EV metrics and generate Variance Reports (VARs) as required, and attend meetings related to forecasting and spend plans for statements of work.\n\n * Coordinate with the scheduling team to develop and execute to an IMS\n\n * Coordinate Earned Value Change Requests (EVCRs) with the Business Management and Scheduling team as needed\n\n * Support logistics team, generate staffing requirements, documentation, and forecasts\n\n * Review labor resources and cost actuals on a weekly basis, taking action on any discrepancies\n\n * Support development of packages for Proposal and Change Requests for cost and schedule and present to Senior Leadership\n\n * Adhere to all internal processes for Program Management\n\n * Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks\n\n\n\n\nThis position may be filled as a Level 2 or Level 3 based on the qualifications outlined below.\n\nBasic Qualifications Level 2:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 2 years of applicable experience, or Master\u2019s Degree with relevant experience in control account management, integrated master schedule, project management.\n\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance\n\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by the company to meet business needs\n\n * Experience in project management and/or control account management\n\n * Experience with CAM and EVM methodologies\n\n * Experience in contracts executing full earned value management\n\n * Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point\n\n * Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills\u200b\n\n * Ability to work on site daily in Melbourne, FL\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications Level 3:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 5 years of relevant experiencein control account management, integrated master schedule, project management OR Master\u2019s Degree with 3 years relevant experience in control account management, integrated master schedule, project management.\n\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance\n\n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by the company to meet business needs\n\n * Experience in project management and/or control account management\n\n * Experience with CAM and EVM methodologies\n\n * Experience in contracts executing full earned value management\n\n * Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point\n\n * Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills\u200b\n\n * Ability to work on site daily in Melbourne, FL\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * PMP Certification\n\n * Experience working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT)\n\n * Experience with Risk Management, Return to Green (RTG) plans, and scheduling cross functional activities\n\n * Active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance with a periodic review completed in the past 5 calendar years\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
