The selected candidate will be part of the Program Integration Team supporting onsite in Edwards AFB, CA.\n\nThe overall responsibilities include executable tasks that will enable leadership to achieve operational excellence.\n\nSeeking a team player who will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and program leadership. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Able to facilitate and act as the subject matter expert on program risk, issue, and opportunity reporting. \n\nKey roles and responsibilities:\n\n * Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports\n * Assessment of project issues and development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives\n * Manage deliverables to internal and external stakeholders\n * Facilitate program risks, issues, and opportunities meetings and reporting\n * Support and lead role for new business proposal writing and team organization\n * Facilitate internal and customer meetings including meeting logistics, presentation material templates, collection, and content generation, meeting attendance for on-site integration, action item tracking, and post-meeting follow-up\n * Maintaining organization charts\n * SharePoint curation\n * Conduct business travel up to 25% of the time\n * Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a skilled communicator\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for Project Management:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or 2 years\u2019 experience in project management, OR Master\u2019s degree\n * Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)\n * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously\n * Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data\n * Must be able to obtain a Secret level clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for Principal Project Management:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 5 years\u2019 experience in project management, OR Master\u2019s degree with 3 years\u2019 experience in project management\n * Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)\n * At least 2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule\n * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously\n * Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data\n * Must be able to obtain a Secret level clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Current Special Program Access\n * Project integration experience\n * Supplier management experience\n * Experience in SCIF/SAPF environments\n * Control Account Manager (CAM) experience/certification\n * Scheduling experience\n * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification\n * Proposal writing experience\n * Experience and ability to autonomously assess complex problems and decompose them into a plan of action while coordinating across a large, diverse team of program, business, and technical SMEs\n * Aerospace and/or Defense Industry Experience\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
