Project Management/Principal Project Management Level 2/3

Support the Ground Systems Team to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations Collaborate across functions to ensure all objectives are met Assist with monitoring cost & schedule performance, support business management meetings, and reporting to program leadership Supports coordinating the efforts of the Supplier Management (SMT) team, including engineers, subcontracts administrators, suppliers, schedule planners, and cost/material planners Earned value (EV) management for supplier and material control accounts Conducting or coordinating review of supplier documentation (e.g., technical evaluations of proposals, Basis of Estimates (BOE), cost, and schedule reports) Reporting earned value and supplier status to Program Management Facilitate Risk, Issue and Opportunity management Project Management Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of Project Management and/or related experience as defined below, OR Master's degree with 0 years of Project Management and/or related experience as defined below. Experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions. Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for multiple accounts or projects Experience with Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Earned Value (EV) Experience with Proposals or Basis of Estimates (BOE) Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs Principal Project Management Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Project Management and/or related experience as defined below, OR Master's degree with 3 years of Project Management and/or related experience as defined below or PhD with 1 year of related experience. Experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions. Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for multiple accounts or projects Experience with Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Earned Value (EV) Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Experience with Proposals or Basis of Estimates (BOE) Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs Active SAP/PAR approval Experience leading projects Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience in Supplier Management (SMT) Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management Experience with Agile methodologies Previous Aerospace or Military project management experience CAM/PM training or certifications
