Your New Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards. You’ll oversee workflows, manage project billing, and ensure team collaboration throughout the process. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects across commercial, industrial, and transportation sectors.
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure seamless execution.
• Reviewing and approving project billing while maintaining financial oversight.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure project goals align with company standards.
• Scheduling and conducting project-related meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Assisting with additional tasks as directed by your supervisor.

• Experience: 8+ years of project management experience in electrical contracting, specifically within commercial, industrial, and transportation sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes, electrical products, and industry-standard systems.
• Skill Set: Proficiency in electrical estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership.
• Union Labor: Experience managing union labor is required.
• Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Licenses: Active licensing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Additional: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may be subject to random drug screening.
