What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all phases of roofing projects from launch to completion
• Supervise and support roofing crews, ensuring safe and efficient work
• Conduct on-site safety meetings and maintain daily safety checklists
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure success
• Provide clear communication and updates to homeowners throughout the project
• Utilize your roofing knowledge and leadership skills to drive project success

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
• Monthly Vehicle Allowance ($500) & Fuel Card (for personal vehicle use, if applicable)

Requirements

? 2-3+ years of roofing or construction experience
? Leadership or management experience preferred
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
? Ability to oversee multiple projects and crews with efficiency
? Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
? Must Pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening
? Must be able to climb ladders and work on rooftops
