Project Manager

• Project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and management, to ensure job profitability on multiple projects
  
• Coordination and communication with customers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other trades
  
• Read/interpret plans, blueprints, specifications, and/or other construction documents
  
• Handling of RFI’s, Submittals, Purchase Orders, etc.
  
• Assist and/or coordinate with project estimators and engineers
  
• Regular visits to multiple jobsites and attendance at project meetings
  
• Management, oversight, and development of job-site leadership (foremen/superintendents)
  
• Overall project QA/QC
  
• Track project progress and manage documentation using CRM and project management software.
  
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
  
• Candidate must be able to perform rough & finish installation of electrical systems in a construction setting.
  
• Ability to demonstrate appropriate methods of installation to subordinates.
  
• A solid understanding of NFPA 70 - National Electric Code (NEC).
  
• Experience with integrated home automation systems 
  
• Capable of identifying proper materials, suitable for the use listed, and as required for specific installations.
  
• The ability to lead crews effectively in a construction environment.
  
• A valid driver's license and clean background.
