Job Description - Project Manager

Full job description

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Senior Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control

· Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities

· Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided

· Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects

· Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.

· Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety

· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.

· Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

· High school diploma/GED

· Valid driver’s license

· At least 3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction

· IICRC certification

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

· Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience and certifictions/skill set

Restoration: 2 years (Required)

Must have Xactimate and Dry book experience

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
