Project Manager

Must have knowledge of Contruction in areas of carpentry, drywall, tile, paint, electric, plumping, cabinets, and countertops.

Executes projects while working within restraints of scheduling, follows outlines from start to finish, leads crews, carpenters, drywallers, painters, electric and plumbing.

Coordinates with cabinets, countertops.

Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.

Reviewing contracts for any revision needed during process of job, while following the contract to a T

Communicates well with Customer & Sales Team.

Daily scheduling of crews

Checking jobs on a daily basis.

Excellent Communication skills, Time Management skills, highly organized with attention to detail.

Problem solving in a face paced environment is essential.
