Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among project team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
30-hour OSHA certification.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
Benefits:
Salary ranges from $110,000 to $125,000.
