Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee reconstruction projects from estimate approval through project completion
  

• Coordinate subcontractors, in -house crews, materials, and scheduling
  

• Communicate with adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
  

• Solve unique reconstruction challenges, especially those arising from fire -damaged properties
  

• Maintain budgets, timelines, and high -quality construction standards
  

• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with building codes and client requirements
  

• Document project milestones, changes, and communications
  

• Support project close -out, including punch lists and customer satisfaction follow -up
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in remodeling, restoration, or insurance -based reconstruction
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  

• Strong knowledge of construction practices and building codes
  

• Experience working on insurance claims and understanding of carrier expectations
  

• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively
  

• Excellent communication and conflict -resolution skills
  

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  

• Ability to think creatively and adapt to jobsite challenges
  

• Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools
  

• Valid driver’s license required
