Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project execution to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience working with a general contractor and is comfortable coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the construction lifecycle. This position plays a key role in maintaining project timelines, controlling costs, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scope to ensure accurate execution
• Monitor project progress and address issues that may impact cost, schedule, or quality
• Lead project meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Review and approve subcontractor proposals, change orders, and invoices
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
• Maintain clear project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and project reports
• Support field leadership and superintendents to keep projects running efficiently

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project budgeting
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
