Project Manager

We are looking for a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee plumbing and mechanical construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to specifications. The position works closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain high-quality workmanship and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing construction projects from pre-construction through final completion

• Coordinate project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field personnel

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation

• Track project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery

• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding project progress

• Resolve field issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project momentum

• Ensure work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Monitor project milestones and maintain accurate project records and reports

• Support procurement of materials and equipment required for project execution

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing construction, mechanical contracting, or related project management roles

• Experience managing commercial or industrial plumbing installation projects

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and project coordination skills

• Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, or construction management platforms

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and construction safety standards
