Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion in the Boston, MA area. This role is responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The position works closely with internal teams, field staff, and clients to maintain project quality and performance. Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through final completion

• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall performance

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation

• Communicate regularly with clients, field teams, and leadership on project progress

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards

• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation

• Track project milestones and resolve issues that may impact schedule or cost

• Support project planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

• Experience managing commercial or large-scale construction projects

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project teams

• Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation tools

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
