Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow \u2013 all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible. \n\nOverview: \n\nThis position in our Professional Services is to lead implementation projects for customers to be successful by managing project plan to implement PTC products while satisfying customer requirements in terms of quality, cost and schedule.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Project management in Professional Services implementation of PTC Products (CAD/ PLM, IOT/AR)\n * Define and document project goal / scope / stakeholders aligned with client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps)\n * Plan, lead and monitor/report projects that deploy PTC\u2019s technology solutions to drive value for clients by transforming how they create and service their products\n * Conduct quality, risk and configuration management\n * Work closely with project team and PTC\u2019s relevant organizations to manage comprehensive solution approach, deliverables, schedule and risk in conjunction with controlling changes\n * Support and coach new team members with a ramp-up plan\n\n\n\nSkills and Knowledge:\n\n * Proven body of knowledge in all areas of project management\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills\n * Strong presentation skills\n * Ability to lead people, business process and business objectives.\n * Implementation management process with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability\n\n\n\nExperience:\n\n * Minimum of 3 years demonstrated project management experience in leading projects or programs.\n * Functional and/or implementation (PDM, ERP, CRM and others) management experience in any of the following industries: Automotive, Electronics, Machinery and other discrete manufacturing industry\n * Mechanical, electrical or electronics design experience in the above industry (preferred)\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Business English and fluent Japanese\n\n\n\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today\u2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
