Project Manager

We are hiring for a Project Manager in our Buffalo, NY office.

Duties:

• Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of drilling projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Lead and mentor project team members to promote efficiency and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in environmental or geotechnical drilling industry.
• Strong understanding of drilling operations and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• OSHA and HAZWOPER certifications are beneficial.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
