Job Overview:

As a Project Manager at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction and development projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction and development projects from start to finish.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are followed and deadlines are met.

Monitor project expenses and ensure they stay within budget.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.

Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.

Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

PMP certification is a plus.
