Position Summary

An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to partner closely with executive leadership in driving high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. This role focuses on converting business strategy into actionable plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment, managing project risks, and delivering key milestones on time. The position requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage complex projects with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and manage project scope changes
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions
• Improve project management systems, processes, and governance practices
• Support business priorities with structured planning and strong follow-through

Ideal Background

• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in project management platforms and reporting tools
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or technical sectors preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or specialized certifications are a plus
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
