Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering successful projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various real estate projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion

Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, contractors, and team members

Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the approved budget

Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan and address any issues that may arise

Oversee the procurement of materials and services needed for the project

Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Prepare and present progress reports to clients and company management

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project

Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in project management software and tools

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
