Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various real estate projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of real estate projects from start to finish

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members

Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are on track and meet quality standards

Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success

Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Monitor and report on project progress, including any delays or changes in scope

Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of project management software and tools

Experience in budget management and cost control

Understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
