Provide overall contract and program management oversight supporting USTDA Information Resource Center (IRC) administrative support operations. Serve as the primary point of contact responsible for contract performance, staffing, quality control, records management oversight, facilities coordination, reporting, and customer support services in accordance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management oversight for all IRC administrative support operations
Manage contract staffing, scheduling, quality control, and performance management
Serve as primary liaison between contractor personnel and Government stakeholders
Oversee records management, FOIA support, receptionist operations, mail management, and conference room support activities
Ensure timely completion of all contract deliverables and reports
Monitor quality assurance processes and implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and personnel cross-training activities
Support development and maintenance of policies, procedures, SOPs, and process maps
Ensure compliance with NARA records management requirements and USTDA procedures
Support risk management, workflow analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Provide oversight of facilities and audio-visual support operations
Prepare weekly status reports and management briefings for the COR and CO
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related discipline required
Minimum 15 years relevant professional experience required
Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, analytical, and organizational skills required
Experience managing administrative support or records management operations required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Experience implementing quality control and process improvement initiatives required
Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
SharePoint and electronic records management systems
Project planning and scheduling tools
Data analysis and reporting tools
Audio-visual and conference room support systems
Workflow management and document tracking systems
Federal records management procedures and NARA requirements
Required Specialized Experience
Experience managing administrative support operations in a Federal environment
Experience overseeing records management, facilities management, and administrative workflows
Experience developing process maps, SOPs, and quality assurance procedures
Experience supporting Government administrative and information management programs
Experience coordinating contractor personnel and contract deliverables
Experience supporting conference room operations and AV troubleshooting during events
