Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and sales agents to ensure project requirements are met

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
